      <description><![CDATA[Hey guys,<br /><br />Awsum site discovered it this morning and has been really helpfull!!&nbsp; I was just wondering whether there are any other students that have done a conversion ( qualified lawyer in South Africa, now need to qualify in OZ).&nbsp; I have just arrived in Australia two weeks ago, being admitted as Lawyer in South Africa about two months ago, however due to political and other frustrations there decided to come to Oz, permanent resident here.&nbsp; Now I have had my qualifications assessed by the LPAB, and need to do certain areas of knowledge as well as practical legal training all over again.&nbsp; <br /><br />Thinking of doing it online through Queensland University of Technology, and try law school at College of Law Queensland.<br /><br />So any advice on the studies, law school and work would be great?&nbsp; Thinking of finding work as paralegal or some other position in law firm so long just to gain some experience at least?<br /><br />Greatly Appreciated!<br />Regards<br />Righardt<br /><br />&nbsp;<br />]]></description>

      <description><![CDATA[What are the consequences of Partners changing a partnership into a company without the consent of one of the parties [contravention of the partnership act which requires you to get consent of all partners]. They didn't wind up the partnership and didn't inform the partner as he was "uncontactable", but left him out of incorporations.
