New Notes are about to be put up thanks to a generous user. I hope to do this over Easter for pretty much every subject. Have a Safe & Happy Easter :) Means more than 40-50 summaries are now available :)
Read Me First
  • Hi There,

Thanks for checking out All Things Law (ATL).

We now have more than 2,500 members - so if you ask a question - there is bound to be someone who can answer it somewhere. The more you help, promote and share ATL around - the more it will be a useful and relevant resource. If you ask a question, any answers to it are emailed to you automatically.

Please use the Sharing Options on the right hand side to share ATL around to Facebook, Twitter etc! It's a free resource and intends to stay that way - although I do have to pay for servers, hosting and all the rest. So it needs your continued help to survive.

    Law Clerkships

You might find reading this article on Law Clerkships - The Naked Truth helpful if you are wondering how the whole process works. It's also available when you login under Clerkships page on the right hand side.

Notes, Clerkship Questions & 'How to Answer Exam Questions'

Once you login - the notes are accessible on the right hand side under - the aptly named - Notes page. The same for each of the Clerkship Questions and Exam Answer pages.

    Problems accessing the website

If you experience any issues accessing this site - before emailing me [which is perfectly OK] - the simplest suggestion is to use either Chrome or Firefox web browsers. I know everything works on these browsers because I use them every day. If this isn't an option for you - then unfortunately some things might not work.

    Sharing YOUR Notes

You are benefiting from the notes on the site. Why not share the notes you have for everyone else ? Common requests on the site for "I really need these notes?" often go unresolved because no one follows up. Obviously, you must - somehow or at some point - have resolved this problem yourself before your exams.

Why not share the notes you've prepared for everyone else's benefit ? This fundamentally underpins the whole reason I started this site. If you've benefited - give something back to the community.

    Questions

When asking a question - please indicate, at the most basic level:

    1. Jurisdiction you are in.
    2. Subject(s) you are asking about.
    3. Some context around the question.

This will help you get answers for the community.

    Good Question - See example
    Bad Question - See example

    Lastly

Feel free to email me directly if you are having issues with the site or need some help. Any questions that are asked in private are basically re-posted here for the benefit of everyone else.

Ask here first before contacting me - as I do have a life :) - and may take longer in responding.

    Thanks,

    Tim
